We cover a diverse number of programs, such as ongoing monthly testing of coolants for various in-use product operational guidelines, which includes concentration, solids (which might reduce the performance of your product), pH and biological contamination. Other reporting programs involve testing for the particle size of contaminants and the final product.

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
In-House Laboratories to Advance Our Products
Our in-house laboratories are operated daily to support our current products and to develop new state-of-the-art chemistries, focusing on new products and substrates of the future.
We have two distinct laboratories, one for new product development and one solely for testing and understanding the performance of our products on industry-standard equipment. Our new product development laboratories focus on developing products you want and need, not on what we want to sell.
These labs constantly evaluate new raw materials and improve our growing product offerings in performance and cost-effectiveness.
Offering Immediate Real-Time Product Support
One of our new programs, “Instant Service,” is free of charge and involves helping our customers get answers immediately for critical questions such as determining a reason for foaming, dilutions not being correct, or perhaps poor finish of a particular part.
The Instant Service program is as simple as setting up a meeting through a video conference where you, as a customer, can take a mobile phone and show us your issue in immediate real-time. We will assemble a group of senior experts to evaluate your product/product application questions without you having to wait several days for someone to travel to your location. If needed, we can move the video conversation directly to one of our labs so that you can see testing run in real-time.
